Michael and Rick Mast take their chocolate as seriously as we do our burgers. Not only do they seek out the best cacao beans sourced from small family-run farms in Peru, Madagascar, and the Dominican Republic, but the beans are also roasted, winnowed, stone ground, aged, and flawlessly tempered to create a one-of-a-kind chocolate.
Born from Mast Brothers’ commitment to innovation, chocolate beer is brewed in-house with freshly roasted cacao, cane sugar and water before being carbonated with nitrogen. The result is a non-alcoholic, lightly sweetened, and refreshingly delicious beer with a creamy head.
