The brand new set menus will be available every Thursday throughout September and October and include offerings such as 12 oysters and a bottle of Champagne for £55. For those who adore this very special seafood but don’t want to splash out as much there will also be offerings of six oysters and a glass of prosecco for £15 and 12 oysters and a bottle of prosecco for £40. All the delicious oysters will also come with an array of accompaniments including soy gel, lemon puree and shallots with vinegar.

Spring saw the launch of this elegant all-day dining concept in Parsons Green that has fast become the neighbourhood’s new gem of choice. Bistrò by Shot offers seasonal dishes with a French-Italian twist, using ingredients sourced predominantly from independent local suppliers.

From the team behind popular café and bar, Shot Espresso, and ice cream venue, Ice & Slice, Bistrò by Shot is headed up by talented Head Chef Fabrice Meier, formerly of Trinity, The Wild Game Company and One-O-One Knightsbridge. The menu evolves naturally, dictated by the seasons, and brings home-style cooking to an informal and stylish setting.
