To celebrate their 10th birthday, GAIL’s artisan bakery will host their annual Garden Party in Hampstead on Saturday 19th September from 11am – 5pm. Having established itself as a staple in the local calendar, this year will see a selection of the very best artisanal producers along with live music and entertainment.
Enjoying its 10th year with the local and surrounding communities, the free event will take place in the pedestrianised Oriel Place, just off Hampstead High Street. A dedicated children’s area will include activities and a face painting stall, ensuring the Garden Party is an occasion for the whole family.
Making an appearance will be GAIL’s own freshly baked goods, with bread straight from the oven and an irresistible cake stall displaying their homemade favourites. GAIL’s will also offer a Shakshuka pop-up, serving smoky tomato, pepper, egg and feta stew with fresh bread on the side, a stall with freshly made toasties and a dedicated sausage roll station.
Other gourmet foods will be on offer from GAIL’s supplier and producer friends, including Hansen and Lydersen’s Norwegian smoked salmon, the Fresh Olive Company, Bath Soft Cheeses, Cobble Lane Cured’s British charcuterie and Paté Moi. Meanwhile drinks will be provided by a host of producers including Belu’s ethical water, fresh pressed juices from Chegworth Valley and Purearth as well as specialty coffee roasters, Union. Adults will be treated to The East London Liquor Company, the Horseshoe Pub and the Camden Brewery. Lily’s Kitchen will provide treats for our furry friends, whilst Hampson Woods’ artisanal, handcrafted products will be available to purchase.
The Garden Party will be supporting Water Aid (www.wateraid.org) an international charity, working in 27 countries worldwide to help improve access to safe water, hygiene and sanitation.
GAIL’s Garden Party takes place on 19th September from 11am – 5pm, on Oriel Place, just off Hampstead High Street, NW3. Entry is free.
